Rent a server

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about our VPS servers

Q01What is a VPS?

A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is your own virtual server: a part of a powerful physical machine with resources (CPU, memory, disk) reserved just for you. You get full administrator access and can install any software.

Q02Which operating systems are available?

Popular Linux distributions: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and CentOS Stream. You choose the system when ordering and can change it later through support.

Q03How fast is the server activated?

After payment the server is activated within 5–15 minutes. Your unique server ID and login details are sent to your email.

Q04Are there traffic limits?

No, the plan includes unlimited traffic. You can use the server without any limits on transferred data.

Q05How do I pay?

By bank card for the chosen period: a trial week, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The subscription renews automatically and you can turn off auto-renewal at any time — see the Recurring Payments Policy.

Q06Can I change my plan?

Yes, the server configuration can be changed at any time. To get more resources, contact support and we'll help with the migration.

Q07Is there technical support?

Yes, support works 24/7. Write to us at [email protected]. Average response time is 15 minutes.

Q08Do you make backups?

Yes, we back up data automatically. If you need something restored, contact support. We still recommend keeping your own copies of important data.

Q09What DDoS protection is included?

All servers are protected against DDoS attacks at the network level. Basic protection is included in every plan for free.

Q10Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days after activation, we will refund your payment. See the "Refund Policy" section of the Terms of Service.

Q11How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the "Cancel all subscriptions" page or contact support. After auto-renewal is turned off, the server keeps working until the end of the paid period.
