1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data that ALINA VARAVA PR BEOGRAD (MB: 68859174; PIB: 116053265; address: DEČANSKA 8, SPRAT 2, BEOGRAD (STARI GRAD), SRBIJA) (the "Controller"), providing services under the name Kitten Servers, receives from users of the website and services. Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable law, including the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti). By using our services, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
2. Data we collect
We collect data you provide voluntarily: name, email address and order details. We automatically collect IP addresses, browser and device information, server access logs and service usage data. Bank card details are not passed to the Controller — they are processed by the payment provider.
3. How we use data
Your data is used to: process and fulfil orders, process payments, provide technical support, send service notifications, prevent fraud and maintain security, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations and requests from authorities.
4. Data protection
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, including encryption in transit (TLS), firewalls, security monitoring, regular updates and restricting access to authorised personnel. See the Information Security Policy for details. It is impossible to eliminate all risks completely.
5. Sharing information
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent, except where necessary to provide the services (payment systems, infrastructure providers) or where required by law. All partners processing your data must comply with confidentiality standards.

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of data (within the limits set by law), restrict processing, receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. 7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary: account and order information — while the subscription is active and up to 3 years after it ends; payment records — for the periods required by tax law; security logs — up to 12 months. Data on a rented server is deleted 3 days after the service ends.

The website uses strictly necessary cookies to function. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if they are disabled.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed by service providers in different countries. When transferring data outside the user's country, we provide safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
10. Changes to this Policy
The Controller may change this Policy. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services means acceptance of the updated Policy.
