This Policy sets out how recurring (automatic periodic) payments for Kitten Servers virtual server rental, provided by ALINA VARAVA PR BEOGRAD (MB: 68859174; PIB: 116053265; address: DEČANSKA 8, SPRAT 2, BEOGRAD (STARI GRAD), SRBIJA) (the "Provider"), are enabled, charged and turned off, as well as the rules for managing the subscription. By ticking the consent box when placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accept this Policy.
1. Definitions
Subscription — an arrangement for the periodic provision of virtual server rental with automatic renewal for the next period.
Recurring payment — an automatic charge to the customer's bank card without re-entering card details, performed by the payment provider on the basis of the customer's prior consent.
Auto-renewal — renewal of the subscription for the next period together with a recurring payment.
Payment provider — the organisation that processes payments and stores card details; the Provider does not receive or store card details.
2. Enabling recurring payments
Recurring payments are enabled when the first payment for the selected plan is made. Card details are entered only on the secure page of a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. By ticking the consent box and making the first payment, the customer agrees to subsequent periodic charges in the amount and at the frequency of the selected plan. No separate confirmation of each subsequent charge is required.
3. Amount and frequency of charges
- 399 ₽ — every 1 month;
- 1 099 ₽ — every 3 months;
- 1 999 ₽ — every 6 months;
- 3 799 ₽ — every 12 months;
- trial period: a one-time payment of 10 ₽ for 7 days, after which the subscription automatically renews at 399 ₽ per month until the customer cancels it.
The next charge is made on the date the paid period ends; the time of the charge within the day may vary. The customer is notified by email of any price change to an active subscription at least 14 days before the next charge.
4. Notifications about charges
Information about auto-renewal, the amount and frequency of charges is provided to the customer before ordering — on the pricing page and the checkout page. The customer receives a notification of every charge at the email address provided at payment.
5. Turning off auto-renewal
The customer may turn off auto-renewal at any time without giving a reason:
- on the "Cancel all subscriptions" page — just enter the email address the subscription is registered to; auto-renewal is turned off for all subscriptions on that email;
- by contacting support: [email protected].
Cancellation is free, with no fees or penalties. To be sure the next charge does not happen, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancellation, the service remains active until the end of the paid period.
6. Failed charges
If the next charge cannot be made (insufficient funds, card blocked or expired), the payment provider may retry. If renewal is not possible, the subscription ends when the paid period expires, the server is switched off, and the data on it is kept for 3 days before being permanently deleted.
7. Refunds of recurring charges
To request a refund, write to [email protected] with the subscription email, the date and the amount of the charge. Erroneous and duplicate charges are refunded in full after verification. In other cases refunds follow the "Refund policy" section of the Terms of Service. Refunds are made to the same card that was charged; crediting takes 5 to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank.
8. Payment security
Payments and card details are processed and stored by the payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS. The Provider does not receive, process or store full bank card details. See the Information Security Policy for details.
9. Changes to this Policy
The current version of this Policy is always available on this page. Customers are notified by email of material changes affecting active subscriptions at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
